Cyberpunk 2077, which had a rough beginning in 2020, has gradually developed into an amazing open-world role-playing game. The fantastic Phantom Liberty DLC, in conjunction with an excellent upgrade for the Xbox Series X and PS5, has given the dystopian adventure fresh vitality.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy the updated game this holiday season. Prior to the December 5 launch of the Ultimate Edition, preorders are currently being accepted.
Both the core game and the Phantom Liberty expansion are included in Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition. Naturally, you’ll also have access to the free 2.0 update, which brings revised gaming mechanics, a fresh rewards system, and authorities who truly threaten your illegal activities. The Xbox version is the only one available on Amazon for now, but the PS5 version will likely be released soon. On the other hand, the Xbox version isn’t available for order at Best Buy, but the PS5 version is. Target and GameStop are carrying both versions in the interim.
The market price is $70.

Where can I get Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition?
Cyberpunk 2077 is in the best shape three years after a difficult launch thanks to a constant stream of updates and fixes and the release of the Phantom Liberty expansion, which introduced significant modifications to the game. With all of its improvements, Cyberpunk 2077 is nearly unrecognizable from its initial release. It’s an open-world sci-fi game that’s lean and mean and manages to make you feel like an Edgerunner with nothing to lose and everything to win.

“I believe we took all reasonable steps following the release. Basically, whatever we could,” Jakub Knapik, global art director, told GameSpot. “Fixing the game was a top priority for us throughout the 1.5 next-generation release, which required a lot of work.
It was truly the most difficult task ever to get the crew to work on the game and get it right. It was really difficult to inspire the crew to work harder because everyone was inconsolable following the release.”
Despite the low morale that prevailed at the time, CDPR was aware that it could not give up on this IP, particularly in light of its immense potential.

With a reinvigorated emphasis, CDPR reorganized its organization to foster more open lines of communication within the team, more adaptable methods for resolving any issues that developed throughout development, and a workflow that was supportive of one another.

“Art director Pawel Mielniczuk said that we had this problem in the base game that we termed Silosis. For instance, we had code and art silos. There are a few departments that are operating independently, not really looking outside of their silos, and not really interacting properly with one another. We have definitely addressed that for Phantom Liberty; there is a lot more communication now.
The quests are being worked on by strike teams; it is not as though a designer creates the quests and then simply places orders for items like cars and assets. They are currently operating as a single unit.”
Developers from several departments and disciplines make up CDPR’s strike teams; they collaborate on different aspects of Cyberpunk 2077 while also keeping an eye on the wider picture. With the help of this new production platform, CDPR’s workflow enables daily communication, assistance, and feedback between its teams. Igor Sarzynski, the narrative director, called it “invaluable.” “For the creative portion of the project, it seems this is the best way to go at this point.”
What are the outcomes of this new, efficient workflow method? Phantom Liberty, which incorporated the best aspects of Cyberpunk 2077, received a rare 10/10 review score, making it one of the best video games of the year.
